How do you enable log file troubleshooting with Handheld Contact?

Due to recent General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) changes with Handheld Contact, log files are no longer reserved for troubleshooting purposes. This can be changed on a per user/account basis if needed. If requested by Handheld Contact Support Technicians or if you want to allow this to be enabled for troubleshooting, please follow these directions:
Note: Making this change is not permanent. Switching back to 'No' can be done at anytime. | |
