In order to correct this error, you need to manually install the Message Queuing Service.  Please follow the steps below for your corresponding operating system:

Note:  The installation of Message Queuing should not require a restart of the PC/server.  If this is prompted, there are issues with the install process of Microsoft Message Queuing and would need to be addressed separately.

  1. Click Start and open Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click Add Remove Programs and then click Add/Remove Windows Components link on the left.
  3. Select Application Server and press Details to access Message Queuing.
  4. Ensure that the option Message Queuing is selected.
  5. Click OK to return to the main screen with Appliation Server checked.
  6. Click Next.  Complete the installation.
  7. When the installation of the message queuing service is complete, you need to click Finish in the Windows Components Wizard. The Message Queuing Service is now installed.
