Handheld Contact supports a limited number of versions of Act!, mobile operating systems, and Microsoft Windows operating systems. This enables us to focus on product quality, developing new features, and making Handheld Contact available on the newest, popular mobile devices. Additionally, maintaining compatibility with older versions of Act! and operating systems requires a disproportionate amount of resources that would ultimately make Handheld Contact more costly.
