This article will explain how to check the synchronization status of Handheld Contact from the mobile device.
Please see the directions below for the required device operating system:
iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Open Handheld Contact on the device.
- From the Dashboard view, open the Menu and tap on 'Settings'.
- Choose 'User statistics'.
- A new screen will appear. This comes directly from the Handheld Contact syncing servers.
- Look at the section for "Handheld Contact Data Transfer Status". This will show the last time that the device as well as the PC/server synced.
- "Last time your handheld synced" means the date when the device connected to the syncing servers.
- "Last time your computer synced" means the date when the Handheld Contact PC/server application connected to our servers.
Android:
- Open Handheld Contact on the device.
- From the Dashboard view, open the Menu and tap on 'Settings'.
- Scroll down to the "Syncing" section and choose 'User statistics'.
- A new screen will appear. This comes directly from the Handheld Contact syncing servers.
- Look at the section for "Handheld Contact Data Transfer Status". This will show the last time that the device as well as the PC/server synced.
- "Last time your handheld synced" means the date when the device connected to the syncing servers.
- "Last time your computer synced" means the date when the Handheld Contact PC/server application connected to our servers.
NOTE: Successful synchronization may not have taken place at this listed date/time as an account verification will also cause the date to get updated.
