What is my current syncing status of Handheld Contact?

This article will explain how to check the synchronization status of Handheld Contact from the mobile device.

Please see the directions below for the required device operating system:


iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open Handheld Contact on the device.
  2. From the Dashboard view, open the Menu and tap on 'Settings'.
  3. Choose 'User statistics'.
  4. A new screen will appear.  This comes directly from the Handheld Contact syncing servers.
  5. Look at the section for "Handheld Contact Data Transfer Status".  This will show the last time that the device as well as the PC/server synced.
  6. "Last time your handheld synced" means the date when the device connected to the syncing servers.
  7. "Last time your computer synced" means the date when the Handheld Contact PC/server application connected to our servers.


Android

  1. Open Handheld Contact on the device.
  2. From the Dashboard view, open the Menu and tap on 'Settings'.
  3. Scroll down to the "Syncing" section and choose 'User statistics'.
  4. A new screen will appear.  This comes directly from the Handheld Contact syncing servers.
  5. Look at the section for "Handheld Contact Data Transfer Status".  This will show the last time that the device as well as the PC/server synced.
  6. "Last time your handheld synced" means the date when the device connected to the syncing servers.
  7. "Last time your computer synced" means the date when the Handheld Contact PC/server application connected to our servers.


NOTE:  Successful synchronization may not have taken place at this listed date/time as an account verification will also cause the date to get updated.
