How do I show previously cleared activities on my mobile device?

This article will explain how previously cleared activities from the Act! database can be synced to the Handheld Contact mobile application. Please see the directions for each operating system below.
NOTE: This feature needs to be enabled from the Handheld Contact Desktop application side first. In order to do this, follow these steps:
- Open Handheld Contact on the same PC/server where the Desktop application is installed.
- Select the required user on the along the right.
- Down the left side, find the 'Activities Info' settings. Expand and choose Change.
- In the window that appears, there will be a check box that reads 'Send previously cleared activities'. This is defaulted OFF.
- Check the box and press OK to save.
- Synchronize Handheld Contact on the PC/server side.
iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Open Handheld Contact on the device.
- From the Home view, choose 'Settings'.
- Depending on where you want to see cleared activities, select Calendar (or Task List), find the option 'Show Cleared' and toggle to ON. This is defaulted OFF.
- Press 'Back' to save.
- Open the Calendar (or Task List) to view the cleared activities.
Android:
- Open Handheld Contact on the device.
- From the Home view, open the Calendar (or Task List) view.
- In the upper right corner, press the 3 dots button.
- From the menu choose 'Types to show'.
- In the next window, ensure that 'Show cleared' is checked. This is defaulted OFF.
- After making this change, the Calendar (or Task List) will display cleared activities.
