I am trying to load Handheld Contact on the computer and getting an error message “Access to Message Queuing System is Denied”.

In order to resolve this error, please follow these steps:
- Go to Control Panel, (System & Security, Administrative Tools) select Computer Management. Select Services and Applications. Then Message Queuing. Finally, Private Queues.
- Expand the options and right click on ‘hhcuioutcoming’.
- Click Properties, then choose the Security tab. Find user in the list and click the Advanced button.
- Go to Owner tab and change Owner to somebody else than the current owner. Current user or System. Apply then OK.
- Check permissions on the previous screen. In Security tab should be checked Full Control.
