When I use my Android device and want to download Handheld Contact, I try going to www.handheldcontact.com/ota.  This brings up another page that indicates that I cannot view this page and says to access it directly from my phone.  But I am using my phone's browser to do so already.

What is happening here is that our detection software is unable to determine the operating system of the phone/tablet you are using.  Therefore, we cannot re-direct you to the download location properly.  Since you must download Handheld Contact from the Google Play Store anyways, just simply go to this app on the phone and perform a search for 'Handheld Contact'.  Then you will be able to find and download/install it properly.  You may be required to enter your Google Play username/password proir to downloading Handheld Contact.
